We understand that choosing the right school for your child can be both an exciting as well as an overwhelming process. We wish to make this process a smooth and pleasant one for you. The education system underwent a paradigm shift during the last year and this led us to bring about a change in our admission process as well, turning it into a virtual one.All the necessary information regarding the school is now available online.

At Aaryans World School we follow the procedure for admission as mentioned below.

• Step 1: Filling the Online Enquiry Form.
  
• Step 2: Attending the Online Enquiry Session via WebEx / Google Meet.
  
• Step 3: If shortlisted, the candidates receive a mail and a call for completing the admission formalities within a given period of time.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN HERE BEFORE YOU FILL THE ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM.

Please note that we follow (the mandatory) age criteria norms set by the government for admission to the classes mentioned below:

• Playgroup – The child should complete 2 years as on December 31, 2022.
  
• Nursery – The child should complete 3 years as on December 31, 2022.
  
• Class 1 – The child should complete 6 years as on 31 December, 2022.

**Age for LKG and UKG will be calculated accordingly.

E.g.: If your child is completing 4 years on or before December 31, 2022, you can apply for LKG.

• The Admission Team MAY call you up in case they require any clarification pertaining to the child’s age and class selected.
  
• We recommend you choose the class as per age criteria mentioned above.
  
• In case your child has taken a gap year, our admission team will guide you during the online enquiry session.

BEFORE FILLING THE ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM

• Please ensure that you have approximately 10 minutes in order to fill the Online Enquiry Form.
  
• Remember to keep any 1 of the following documents handy before filling the Online Enquiry Form.
  • Photos of Child 2
  • Parents (both mother and father) 1 copy each
  • Parents Adhara card
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Student/Applicant Birth Certificate (as recommended by CBSE)
  • Adhara Card

The most recent report card (optional for those applying for LKG, UKG & Class I)
Last two report cards (mandatory for those applying for Class II onwards)

WHILE FILLING THE ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM

• Please read all instructions carefully before filling in the details.
  
• Only accurately and completely filled forms will be accepted.
  
• This Online Enquiry Form can be filled ONLY ONCE.
  
• Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  
• In case a field is mandatory and not applicable to you, write NA or Not Applicable.
  
• Use 2 different email ids if you are applying for 2 children.
  
• Be very careful when entering the primary email id as you will receive all important information on this email address.

AFTER FILLING THE ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM

• Please check your registered primary email id for further details related to your Enquiry Session. (Ensure to provide correct email address)
  
• In the virtual Enquiry Session (duration of approximately 45 minutes)one of the admission counsellor will guide you with all necessary information about the school, fees and transport facility.
  
• For Preschool Admission confirmation the child will have to go through the observation round which will be conducted on WhatsApp Video call by the concerned department.
  
• For primary secondary Admission confirmation we do take undertaking from parents. As in, if the child does not perform in the upcoming year we can repeat him in the same class or the child have to physically come for assessment test in the respective branch.
