How to Apply

Admission Process for Pre-Primary

We understand that choosing the right school for your child can be both an exciting as well as an overwhelming process. We wish to make this process a smooth and pleasant one for you. We underwent a paradigm shift during the last year and this led us to bring about a change in our admission process as well, turning it into a virtual one. All the necessary information regarding admission is available online.

Fill Enquiry Form

Complete the Online Enquiry Form with accurate details.

Attend Session

Attend the Online Enquiry Session via WebEx / Google Meet.

Formalities

If shortlisted, receive mail/call to complete admission formalities within a given period.

Age Criteria Norms

Please note that we follow the (mandatory) age criteria norms set by the government for admission:

Playgroup: The child should complete 2 years as on December 31, 2025.
Nursery: The child should complete 3 years as on December 31, 2025.
Class 1: The child should complete 6 years as on December 31, 2025.

Note: Age for LKG and UKG will be calculated accordingly. If your child is completing 4 years on or before December 31, 2025, you can apply for LKG.

Before Filling The Form

Please ensure you have approximately 10 minutes to fill the form. Keep any 1 of the following handy:

Photos of Child (2)
Parents (both mother and father) 1 copy each
Parents Aadhaar Card
PAN Card
Driving License
Passport
Student/Applicant Birth Certificate (recommended by CBSE)
Student Aadhaar Card

* The most recent report card (optional for LKG, UKG & Class I).
* Last two report cards (mandatory for Class II onwards).

While Filling The Form

Please read all instructions carefully before filling in the details.
Only accurately and completely filled forms will be accepted.
This Online Enquiry Form can be filled ONLY ONCE.
Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
In case a field is mandatory and not applicable, write NA.
Use 2 different email ids if applying for 2 children.
Be very careful when entering the primary email id as you will receive all important information there.

After Filling The Online Enquiry Form

Please check your registered primary email id for further details related to your Enquiry Session.
In the virtual Enquiry Session (approx 45 mins), a counsellor will guide you with all necessary info (fees, transport, etc).
For Preschool: Admission confirmation requires an observation round conducted on WhatsApp Video call.
For Primary/Secondary: Admission confirmation requires an undertaking. If the child does not perform, we may repeat the class or request a physical assessment test.
